I was born and raised here in Moosomin. I come from a big family of 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
After I was out of school, I decided to try my hand in the oil patch that was just breaking out here in Southern Sk. I stayed with it for approx. 5 years and decided to leave the patch to try my hand at small motor repairs. I first took a 6-month SIAST course in Weyburn Sk. and while I was there, taking the course I had found a job to go to as soon as the course was done.
I was hired by Westwind Leisure, a local Yamaha shop here in town in the spring of 1982 and worked for them until fall of 1986 when they decided to close the doors. From there I decided I didn’t want to leave the career yet, so I started a shop of my own until the spring of 1989 when I closed it.
From there I went to work for Wayne’s Rental Center here in town as his tech there, for a few years then from there to John Deere here in town until, Feb of 2003.
I started my own business, March 1, 2003. I rented a small shop and worked out of there until I purchased the building in 2007. When the building right next to the original one came up for sale in 2012, we purchased that building which is now our Sales and Showroom. The original building is our Repair shop.

While we are primarily a Husqvarna Products and Hustler Mower dealer, we service all makes and models of gas-powered equipment.
Our list of Brands includes, Husqvarna, Hustler, Jiffy, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, Tecumseh, Oregon and the list goes on and we are adding to it all the time. Trying to make it a one stop shop.
We also fix all makes and models of ATV, UTV, Snowmobiles and Golf Carts.
Our Focus
We take great pride in taking care of our Strong Customer base and welcome new ones. Our goal has always been to try everything we can to take care of your needs. One of my sayings has always been “I spend your money like it’s mine…Carefully!”
